Why reduce alcohol consumption in hypertension?

It because after alcohol consumption your blood arteries and vessels becomes increased and after some time it descreased again.
It makes blood transfer more hard work for your heart and also have negative effects on strength of your arteries and blood vessels.
Also blood clots may form in your arteries.
