Hypertension have next effects on your eyes :

1. hypertension can leads to narrowing the arteries and it can result in full blockage (it can cause loss of vision!)

2. Hypertension can lead to damage of blood vessels in the outside the eyes (leadibng to bleeding). This is usually clears once your hypertension is treated correctly.
