Report	There is not such thing as safest medication. It because any medication have own side effects. However for age group over 60yo, most popular hypertension treatment drug is propranolol (Inderall) (beta-blocker family of drugs). But you need to visit your doctor for drug prescribtion in any way. It because drug subscribtion is based on your current condition (and your current other diseases).
