	What could be wrong?
A friend of mine who is 42 has been fatigued, weak but not dehydrated, figidy or wrestless, stares in a daze off and on during the day. This has been going on for two weeks now. First thought it was due to being in the heat from watching softball games or kneeboarding on the water. He has had all kinds of blood work done but cannot find any issues. The Dr says they have checked for everything. Anybody have any suggestions what he should do?
