Normally, alcohol is completely removed from the body only 21 days after admission.

It takes about an hour for one drink to be eliminated by the body. Generally, this would be about .015% blood alcohol content per hour. This can be very variable though as everyone has a different metabolism, and it depends on how much you have had.
